This notice describes what Howard County Released Inmates collects when visitors browse, use a search tool, or send a message. A government portal, Missouri Department of Corrections page, Howard County Sheriff's Office resource, or outside search service follows its own privacy rules after a visitor leaves this site.

A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Howard County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its receipt and handling of the query.
